The Vice-President assists the President in the daily working of the YUJ. The Vice-President serves in the capacity of the President in his absence. They acts for the committee and approves strategic programs related to the planning and execution of all major events presented by different teams in the committee. They establishes the agenda and chairs the meetings whenever necessary.

The Executive Secretary plans the events and execute it on the time with help of other secretaries..To take the event through a success trajectory is the aim, and they are adamant about bringing each event to fruition.
